The WOS 2.2-5.5 is a complete package uniting the scrollelement,drive motor ,cooler in a silent enclosure. lt is alsoavailable as a full feature unit with refrgerated air dryer.
Three air receiver mounting options are available: with anextended canopy that includes a 40L stainless steel airreceiver or mounted on an outer horizontal 110L or 200L airreceiver.

CE certification, grade 0 oil-free air exhaust to lS0 8573-1;
High efficiency, low specific power and high energy efficiency;
Maintenance-free, the maintenance interval is not less than 10,000 hours;
Silent, the noise of the whole system equipped with 3.7kW compressoris lower than 59dB;
Under standard working conditions, the vibration of main unit is lessthan 7.lmm/s.

Structural Composition Of Main Unit
Working Principle
Air compression is achieved by the interaction of a fixed and orbiting scroll. Air at inlet pressure enters thecompression chamber at the exterior side of the scroll element.Once air is drawn in, the orbiting scrollseals off the inlet port. The orbiting scroll rotates with orbit the air is sucked into the space between theorbiting scroll and the stationary scrol, the volume of crescent compression chamber gradualy decreasesand then the air is discharged from the exhaust port at the center of the stationary scroll after beingcompressed.
