ODM Process
Different industrial production processes have different requirements for the volume and pressure of compressed air.
Discussing with clients about of appearance of compressor; or clients give us idea , we make drawing.
Clients choose configurations for the air compressor, such as air end brand , fixed or VSD driven.
Making drawing for appearance of the compressor, it will take about 1-3 days.
Confirmation of appperance, structure, dimension.
Designer makes mechanical structure drawing, it will take about 7-10 days.
Confirming structure, air inlet/outlet, cooling system, driven type, controlling system.
Confirmation of color.
Startd production.

We always suuggest to use our original spare parts, but for emergency , eg: it will take too long time to get spare parts from us, we will advise equivalent other brands of parts for subsititue.
We can provide multiple configurations of compressor to meet clients' different quality demand.
